HEN's Leadership Team is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic focus of the organisation and as well as the day to day operations. It comprises the four founding members of HEN whose qualifications, experience and capabilities provide the breadth and depth necessary to provide high quality solutions to the challenges being faced across the health care, social care and education sectors.

Catherine's specialism is in the prevention and management of work injuries and the implementation of rehabilitation and return to work programmes in the workplace. Her skills are in developing and implementing effective programmes, engaging stakeholders and evaluating identified outcomes.
Catherine began her career in physiotherapy in Australia and the UK before moving into the field of rehabilitation within a large government organization in Australia. Returning to the UK, Catherine undertook a Masters in Ergonomics and moved into the private sector to help develop the role of ergonomics in business to improve employee health and performance. Throughout her career, Catherine has worked in a wide range sectors including retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, as well as government agencies, and the NHS. Her strengths are in developing a cost-effective, evidence based service that will maximise productivity and performance of employees at work.
Her area of interests is in employee wellbeing and performance and in integrating the specialisms of clinical treatment, ergonomics, rehabilitation and life coaching services to bring improvements in both employees’ health and the service they deliver. Catherine lectures on office ergonomics for the Association of Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics.

Jennifer Archer
Jennifer is a specialist in Human Resource Development with expertise in the complete range of learning and development techniques and with specialist skills in the areas of Continuing Professional Development, facilitation, accreditation, project management and training needs analysis. A skilled communicator and facilitator, both informally and in major formal presentations, she works throughout the UK and overseas and is a recognised national and international speaker on these and other subjects.
Jennifer has a detailed knowledge and understanding of current NHS strategic issues and priorities, based on working with numerous stakeholders and in multidisciplinary settings, with a particular interest in health care, promoting healthy lifestyles and pharmacy. An experienced senior executive, most recently as Assistant Director for the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education for England, with a successful track record of major business and project management in both public and private sectors, including complex organisations, start-up situations and academia.
Jennifer has experience and expertise in learning and education having provided services to a broad client base including universities, NHS organisations (including Strategic Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts), prisons, other health related organisations and businesses including community and voluntary sectors, both nationally and internationally.

Louise Cox
Louise has over fifteen years of experience in the field of e-learning and blended learning solutions. She specialises in developing training solutions for both the public and private sector, including the North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust, Nottingham Community Health Trust, Stoke County Council, East Riding PCT, Barking and Dagenham PCT, Crookes Healthcare, Royal Bank of Scotland, Smith and Nephew and the British Council.
She has produced a number of electronic training programmes on subjects such as Child Protection, Good Parenting, Sexual Health, Practice Nurse Induction, Manual Handling and the treatment of Eczema. She also scoped and defined the requirements for the development of two complex interactive websites: one was a case study repository for the Nottingham International Breast Education Centre and the other a heart patient self-management programme for Glenfield Hospital.
Previously Louise worked as a project manager and instructional designer for a leading UK e-learning provider, before setting up her own consultancy in 2008. She now works with organisations to develop innovative and blended learning solutions, from specification to deployment, and provides workshops on how to produce content for e-learning.

Diana Moss - Moss Health Skills

Diana has over thirty years experience working in the NHS with a specialist interest in developing the Primary Care workforce. She has held a range of clinical (nursing, midwifery health visiting and school nursing) management and development roles. Throughout her career Diana has been involved in leading the development of training and learning resources and initiatives to motivate and facilitate staff to progress both personally and professionally to deliver effective care. She has produced and delivered a range of training and development initiatives for those in the Health, Social care and Education sectors and is lead advisor to the Royal Society for Public Health for their Health Improvement qualifications. Resources produced include video training packages, CD Roms, Self assessment tools and teaching resource packs.
