Q. What is a Social Enterprise?
A. A Social enterprise, like HEN, is an organisation that are run along business lines, but where any profits are reinvested into the community or into service developments.

Q. We are looking for ongoing support and direction for a project, but only have a small limited budget. Do you have a minimum contract price?
A. We are able to use the flexibility of our Associates to tailor a package that suits your needs.

Q. What range of knowledge and expertise is HEN able to supply our organisation?
A. Associates of HEN are many and varied. We can draw together a mix of skills at various times during your initiative bringing you a unique complement in expertise.

Q How does a HEN contract work?
A. You will have a named lead with responsibility for working with you and your organisation. This person will liaise with the various Associates involved in your initiative and has overall management of the work

Q How do I know that HEN Associates are able to provide the calibre of input needed?
A. All HEN Associates have personal portfolios and testaments from previous work. You may be involved in deciding who will be part of your delivery team.

Q. How will I be able to measure my return on investment for commissioning development activity from HEN?
A. HEN will not deliver an 'off the shelf' package. We will work with you to develop SMART objectives for any programme that meet both your organisational and personal development needs. Each objective will have a short, medium or long term expected outcome, and we will agree with you methods of evaluation and success.

Q. When working with a personal coach, how will you ensure that we can work together effectively?
A. Because HEN's network is extensive, we are able to recommend more than one individual. We always suggest that clients have a 'chemistry' meeting prior to commencing a coaching programme.

Q. How will you be able to understand the specific needs of our organisation?
A. All HEN Associates have experience of working in senior positions in the public sector and at regional and national level. We will work with you to identify your organisational objectives and bring the added value of our experience of working across the public sector.

Q. Will you provide references from similar projects in other organisations?
A. HEN will provide case studies from previous projects and references will be provided upon request.
