HEN's stated Vision is:
"To be the partner of choice for leading innovation and change in public, private and third sector health, social care and education organisations."

Our aim is to provide high quality and appropriate multi-disciplinary consultancy, coaching, training and education services to meet the challenges of modernising, developing and improving health, social care, education and other organisations.

Our objectives are to:

• enable service change, safeguarding quality whilst delivering cost efficient care
• support workforce modernisation through innovative ways of working
• increase productivity through new ways of working and service delivery
• support the development of the health and social care learning community
• increase capacity and capability to improve health and social care services support the development of more effective health and social care businesses.
